Multiple award-winning VCS musician Kaden Connelley will perform one of the most epic solos composed for trumpet!

The Arutiunian Concerto is a mandatory requirement for auditions in top-tier professional orchestra around the world. Only the most promising musicians can obtain the technical prowess required. Kaden Connelley, a junior at VCS, will perform the entire work backed up by The VCS Radio Symphony, an orchestra where he holds the elder status rank as principal chair trumpeter.

Kaden is in his 9th year as a member of the VCS Radio Conservatory, achieving the coveted 2nd-degree honors-level -- studying trumpet performance, composition, and production. His trumpet technical coach is Donald Albrecht.

The orchestra will finish the concert in a big way with Beethoven's "Overture to Leonore no. 3" from his only opera, later known as "Fidelio."
